Saadi was shot dead at the entrance of the camp's Safsaf neighborhood on the night of Sept. 15, allegedly by Mohammad al-Arqoub, who is believed to be affiliated with fundamentalist Islamist groups.Sources inside Ain al-Hilweh told The Daily Star that the family would accept burying Saadi if the leadership of the joint Palestinian forces and various Islamist factions in the camp signed a pledge to make every effort to arrest Arqoub. On the sidelines of Thursday's meeting, Sidon MP Bahia Hariri met with representatives from the Palestine Liberation Organization, the Palestinian Islamic forces, the Ansar Allah Movement, the Fatah Movement and others groups, to discuss the security situation in the camp.
