In Old Sidon's Zwaitiny neighborhood, Nabiha al-Safadi cannot stop playing on the staircase with her sister. The staircase, which passes through the neighborhood as it leads from the entrance of Sidon's Al-Moez land castle to the Zwaitiny public garden, has offered many generations an area for recreation. Now it, along with many of the surrounding walls, is painted with colors that reflect the Old City's history. The staircase will become a place for the craft exhibitions Sidon's Old City is famous for.
